SEO ON GALLERIES
Follow these steps:
1. Download Good Keywords from here or use Keyword Suggestiong Tool.
2. Search for keywords which best fit for your gallery.
3. Don't pick up the No.1, go for lower positions with less competition.
4. Put this keyword or phrase in the title tag (in head).
5. Search for 3 more keywords (phrases) and put these to meta-description tag (again in head) with the main keyword (phrase) used in title.
6. Now 'throw' these keywords and phrases in your text at the gallery, don't overdo it.
7. ALT tag the pictures with keywords, but again - don't overdo it!
8. You can also put the main keyword (phrase) in h1 tags on the top of gall, but this is in some situations hardly to achieve (design etc.).
So this takes only 2-3 minutes, and you're gallery will get better position on google and other SEs. I'm not talking about the #1 hot spot, but i've seen galleries from fellow submitters on the first page! Don't forget these were only the MAIN points of SEOing a page.
